We’re looking for a Growth Lead to generate awareness and demand within companies with 30-500 employees. You’ll sit in our newly formed Growth team, and lead digital and content marketing efforts to increase Pento brand awareness and demand generation. Through this work, you’ll partner closely with our Sales Development team to improve their performance, automate outbound activity, and generate responses for this team to run with.
The role 💬
- Implement and run a program of growth initiatives, continuously testing and learning across different channels
- Run experiments, analyse results and apply learnings to the next experiment to drive performance improvements
- Produce various highly consumable (/viral 👀) media and content, such as ads, videos, blogs, infographics, etc (working with others to create)
- Working together with the Sales Development team, develop outbound campaigns and programs that helps this team engage and book meetings with prospects
- Write short form content yourself. You should be able to write a compelling ad or social copy that’s irresistible to our target audience
- Through your work, you will grow our social following and engagement

- You have experience of working in a B2B SaaS business
- You have experience of working in a start-up environment. You must be self-sufficient, comfortable not relying on a large team to ship
- You have experience in Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing / Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing
- You have experience leading cross functional projects
- You’re a great copywriter and able to write strong short-form copy
- You’re entrepreneurial — constantly innovating, coming up with new ideas, rapidly executing tests, scaling what works, and learning from what doesn’t
- You’re data driven and these results guide you
- You’re inquisitive and curious — always looking to dig deeper and find the why behind the what, to understand why things work or don’t, and iterate and make improvements
- You have extensive knowledge of digital platforms, both paid and organic (Social, Search, Programmatic, Youtube, Vimeo, etc)
- You’ve used most of our preferred tools: Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Adwords, GTM, GA, Hubspot, Figma
