Head of Digital Marketing (Remote 🌎, +3/-3 CET hours)

The role 🎒

More about the role and responsibilities

Own the Digital Marketing strategy (including Display, SEM, SEO, and contribute to Web and CRO), optimising the channels and tactics to meet our goals with the resources allocated to you.

  • Manage and mentor the (growing) Digital Marketing team and build a centre of excellence in marketing, while also managing external agencies (as required).
  • Working alongside Product Marketing, Content Marketing, other experts to deploy innovative campaigns to help raise awareness and drive demand for Pento’s products, leveraging digital channels.
  • Be responsible for directing the team and executing on marketing campaigns to generate inbound leads for our SDR’s and Sales team to follow-up and drive customer acquisition.
  • Own the digital budget, and all channels and activations. You will be responsible for optimising those channels to achieve sales pipeline targets and marketing efficiency metrics, such as CPL, ROAS, and funnel conversion metrics, etc.
  • Analyse and report on performance to the Leadership team and other key stakeholders, including developing insights to support wider marketing strategy and steer content creation with a data driven approach.
